The crescent of the Islamic calendar's month of Shawwal will appear on the UAE sky on 14 June
Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Friday, 15 June will be the first day of Eid al-Fitr, a three-day Muslim festival marks the end of the fasting month of Ramadan, Sharjah Center for Astronomy & Space Sciences’ (SCAS) assistant director Ibrahim A. Al-Jarwan stated.
The crescent of the Islamic calendar's month of Shawwal will appear on the UAE sky on Thursday, 14 June, he added, according to Al-Ittihad newspaper.
